After lunch in early March, two little boys laid down on a beanbag chair outside in the sun. When we got everyone around them to take a group picture, they all said the sun was too bright and we ended up with a weird picture. Isn't that sweet!?

Our staff meets on Mondays and Thursdays to discuss school and ministry matters, to pray together and to explore God's Word and various books or studies. This semester we are reading
How People Change by Paul David Tripp and Timothy Lane.

We are getting more friends to Yahoo! IM us :-) Wonderful opportunities for our students to see into their homes, remember friends, and develop conversational skills.
If you are interested in chatting with us, let us know. We would love to set up a time to meet you online.

Juan Jose came to visit us again. We would love to have him as a full-time student but he would need a full-time after school caregiver. Maybe someone reading this would like to come and spend the next 15 years providing this little boy (and one or two others like him) a home away from home so that he can attend school on a regular basis.

Monday morning - getting to know us!

Monday there was roof work as the guys put on sealer and there was painting as the girls painted the chapel a color called fresh honeydew.

ESD kids helped too

After lunch we got to play around and do some things one on one. That's nice.

We also celebrated a birthday and had cake made in ice cream cones :-)
TUESDAY! Sharing testimonies in chapel, more painting and then some BEACH TIME!

oh and we did a pigment comparison before flags in the morning!

Thursday was our last day together in chapel. Then the Canadian team went to a local church to paint.

Sunday evening, there was time to hang out...
some people even stayed up all night and just got in the van at 4:45 a.m.

Thanks for the work you did!
Thanks for letting the rest of us sleep!
